  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely. Artesian Fusion does not store customer payment information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
  • Orders are shipped on the next working day after purchase.
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email backwoodssurvivalcompany@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • No Expedited Shipping: We currently do not offer express or expedited shipping options.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery by contacting orders@artesianfusion.com.
  • Returned products must be in pristine condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Artesian Fusion covers return shipping costs.
  • We offer full refunds to the original payment method.

6. Subscription Services

  • A subscription consists of one case per month.
  • Customers may pause or cancel subscriptions at any time.
  • Artesian Fusion reserves the right to modify subscription terms with prior notice.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect only necessary customer information for processing orders and marketing.
  • We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.
  • Only our online team has access to customer data.
  • We use cookies and tracking for marketing purposes.
